One hundred candid interviews with finance and operations leaders on how they build and run companies.
This is the 100 Leaders Series. We sit down with a hundred finance and operations leaders, one at a time, and ask each of them what good looks like from their seat. Each conversation becomes a published feature.
Participation is by invitation. There is no fee, no sales pitch, and no request for anything confidential. The series closes at one hundred leaders.
Most business coverage goes to sales, marketing, and product. We think the finance and operations perspective is just as central to how a company succeeds, and often more so, yet it gets a fraction of the serious attention. Every plan needs funding and every commitment has to be delivered, and all of it runs through the CFO and the COO. No other seat sees the whole business the way theirs does.
This series treats that perspective as the main story rather than the back office. We are interviewing a hundred leaders who do this work well and publishing their thought leadership where other leaders can find it.
A relaxed conversation about what good looks like from where you sit: the things you would insist on if you were starting over, what you wish more people understood about the job. We record for twenty minutes and edit it into a tight feature.
The 100 Leaders Series selects a hundred leaders in a field, interviews them about how they work, and publishes the conversations where that industry reads. For finance and operations, that home is ERP Experts Network, our independent publication covering the field, starting with the leaders who run it.
The people behind it have run growth and operations teams, worked in enterprise software, and written and edited for a living.

Founder
Manjula Higginbotham's career runs from the support desk of a startup to VP of Sales and a partner in the business, helping lead it through an eight-figure acquisition by Capital One. She stayed on for three years as a senior sales and operations leader inside the bank before leaving to start her own ventures. Her craft was built in years of weekly client conversations: listening for what they were experiencing, what they were solving for, and what outcomes they were after, then translating it into language both the tech teams and the business could act on. That discipline is what she brings to these interviews, and the standard every one is held to.

Anand is an entrepreneur and career GTM strategist in emerging technology, with an 18-year arc from Gold Medal-winning journalism through fintech, Web3, and enterprise AI. His work has been featured in international press, and he writes on AI and the future of work. He brings a journalist's craft to the conversations and to how each leader's thinking is told.

Dan Roberts builds bridges between technology, partners, and market opportunity. With experience across cloud, DevOps, and software ecosystems, he has helped build partner programs, co-selling motions, and campaign initiatives that connect solutions to the right markets. He brings a practitioner's ear to the conversations and makes sure each one reaches the audiences who can learn from it.
Every feature is held to the same standard: specific and drawn from experience. We are not writing brochures or hunting for gotchas.
The best moments are the honest ones: a tradeoff you still weigh, a mistake you keep watching people make, something you would do differently now or continue doing. That is the material we are after.
No. There is no fee and nothing to buy. We invite the people we want to interview.
No. Nobody pitches you anything, during the interview or after it. The invitation is to be featured, nothing more.
The conversation runs about 20 minutes. We book 30 so nothing feels rushed. No preparation is required; we send the topics a few days in advance.
No. You can do the interview on video or audio only, whichever you prefer. We produce the finished piece either way.
No. These are thought leadership interviews about how you approach the job. We are not asking for numbers, vendors, or anything internal to your company. You choose what to discuss, and you approve the finished cut before anything goes live.
We cut for length and clarity, never to change your meaning. You approve the finished cut before it goes live.
Yes. You review and approve the finished feature before it goes live. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
The first cohort is being selected now. Features publish in groups, so the series launches with several at once rather than one at a time. Every published feature appears on this page.
After you approve the finished cut, it publishes with the next group of features. We confirm the date with you before anything goes live.
A published feature, pull-quote cards for your own network, a "Featured in the 100" badge, and a place in the hundred.
We build the list by hand. We ask operators, consultants, and partners which finance and operations leaders they would point to, and we follow the names that keep coming up. Invitations go out in small waves, and each one is written to the person receiving it.
